Re: cost for new cockpit cover? sundowner; it cost us $800 to have a cockpit cover made for our searay this spring. we had it custom made to fit the snaps ect. that were all ready on the boat. we used sunbrella and it comes from the transom over the windsheild and snaps at the bottom of the windsheild..
